Charter prices and costs
What Determines the Cost of an International Private Jet Flight?
Aircraft size, flight time, positioning, airport fees, crew and waiting time: the factors behind every private jet charter quote.

There is no fixed ticket price
A private jet charter is priced for one specific journey. Two flights between the same cities can be quoted differently because the date, the available aircraft and the schedule are never exactly the same.
That is why a reliable quote always starts with your route, date, passenger count and baggage.
The aircraft and the flight time
The category of aircraft is the largest single factor. Larger cabins cost more per flight hour, but they also fly further non-stop and carry more passengers and luggage.
Total flight time is calculated for the actual route, including any technical stop a smaller aircraft might need.
Positioning, airports and waiting time
If the nearest suitable aircraft is based elsewhere, the empty positioning legs are part of the cost. Landing, handling, parking and VIP terminal fees vary by airport.
On return trips, the days the aircraft and crew wait for you at the destination are also taken into account.
Crew, catering and extras
Crew overnight costs, special catering requests and ground transfers are added only when your trip needs them. A clear quote lists these items separately so you can compare options.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a fixed price for a route?
Every quote is prepared for your exact date and aircraft, so we share a clear price after receiving your request.
Are empty-leg flights cheaper?
They can be, but they depend on an aircraft already flying your direction, so dates and routes are limited.
How do I get a quote?
Send your departure, destination, date and passenger count through our flight request form or WhatsApp.
